Discovering and learning
to be with all parts of you.

Compassionate, creative, and embodied therapy that gently supports and embraces your whole self.

Discover a way of healing

that honours your whole being.

When life becomes painful or overwhelming, I offer an approach grounded in compassionate mindfulness and somatic awareness, supporting deep listening to the body’s subtle knowing. This gentle attention helps cultivate greater ease and acceptance in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us — held within a co‑created therapeutic relationship. Deep embodied listening weaves with creative expression, offering pathways to explore what sits beneath the surface of words and inviting insight to emerge in its own time.

It would be my honour to walk alongside you on this journey, offering a space where you can connect with mind, body, and spirit. Here, all of your experiences are welcome to be explored and expressed.

My practice is based in Newtown, Sydney.

Your creativity.

All minds of all ages are deeply creative, always shaping experience in ways that help us survive, adapt, make meaning, and stay safe. Creative therapy works with this natural intelligence, inviting us to approach tender or complex parts of our inner world with curiosity and care.

This isn’t about artistic skill. It’s about finding forms of expression that can hold what words sometimes cannot. Through diverse and personal creative exploration, we can sit with complexity, trace patterns in our stories, and discover new connections.

Your pace.

In a fast-paced world, the therapeutic space offers a pause — a place to step out of urgency and return to a more natural rhythm. Here, you’re invited to move at your own pace, because deep healing cannot be rushed.

This is a space to listen, explore, and express in ways that are often difficult to sustain in modern life. For a time, therapy becomes another way of being — one that supports recalibration, integration, and a more easeful relationship with yourself, others, and the world.

Your space.

As you are supported in uncovering your own innate wisdom, it’s so important that you feel deeply seen, heard, witnessed, and understood. At the same time, your willingness to explore, to question, and to express yourself matters just as much. Together, through this shared process, we gently build a trusting and compassionate therapeutic relationship.
